1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the u999 website at u999.im and any associated mobile applications or services operated by u999.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the u999 Platform.
• "u999" or "We" or "Us" means the operator of the u999 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's u999 Account, denominated in BDT.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as cash.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole currency used on the u999 Platform.
• "Verification" means the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by which u999 confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment details.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the u999 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the Platform including via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any dedicated application. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms.

u999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. u999 will endeavour to notify registered Players of material changes via email or Platform notification, but it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

3 Eligibility

Use of the u999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the period of use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. u999 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under the age of 21. This age restriction is firm and non-negotiable.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of u999, or a close family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform for any reason.
• You must not be acting under any form of self-exclusion programme that would prohibit you from gambling, whether administered by u999 or any third-party body.

u999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend Account access pending such verification. Providing false or misleading information in connection with eligibility is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account closure.

4 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the u999 Platform, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a Player Account. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The registration of duplicate Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and residential address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. u999 accepts no liability for Account access issues or transaction failures resulting from outdated or inaccurate information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified u999 of a security breach in accordance with these terms.

As part of our Verification (KYC) process, u999 may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment methods registered to your Account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the u999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). u999 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your u999 Balance within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. u999 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. u999 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your name and has been verified by u999. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. u999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of any outstanding Verification requirements. u999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: u999 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. All deposits must originate from payment sources owned by the registered Account holder. u999 will report any suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities as required. Deposits may not be used for any purpose other than genuine gambling activity on the Platform.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to your Account will not be processed.
• Where a deposit was made using bKash or Nagad, the corresponding withdrawal will be returned to the same bKash or Nagad account where operationally possible.
• u999 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, cooling-off periods, or enhanced verification steps on any Account at any time.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

u999 offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All such offers are subject to specific Terms & Conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all u999 promotions:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times (Wagering Requirement) before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for the stated period only. Unused or unwagered Bonus Funds that expire will be removed from your Account without compensation.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• u999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice where circumstances require.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim promotions multiple times, placing lay bets to reduce wagering risk, or any form of coordinated bonus exploitation — will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and potential permanent Account closure.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the u999 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

The following general betting rules apply across all u999 products:

• A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of an official acceptance confirmation from u999. Bets that are placed but not confirmed — for example, due to connectivity issues — will not be honoured.
• u999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price caused by a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. Players will be notified and the relevant stake returned.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension or removal at any time at u999's discretion, including in response to match events, score updates, or data integrity concerns.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your BDT Balance promptly following official result confirmation from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BPL Governing Council).
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and may vary by sport, competition, and market type.
• u999 reserves the right to limit the stakes, payouts, or betting activity of any Player at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the u999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or Verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, navigate, or place bets on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other Players in casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information trading in connection with betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform's software or content.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards u999 staff or other users.

9 Responsible Gaming

u999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. We strongly encourage all Players to gamble responsibly and to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players via their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your u999 Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations and receive notifications when those limits are reached.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the u999 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game content, and data compilations — is the property of u999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the u999 Platform without the prior written consent of u999. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in Account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

u999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

u999's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

u999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at u999.im/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

u999 will not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions (e.g., sharing payment details with bKash or Nagad), or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy. All data is stored and transmitted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption.

13 Amendments to These Terms

u999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, u999 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the revised terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the u999 Platform or these Terms & Conditions, you agree to first contact u999 directly to seek an amicable resolution.

u999 aims to resolve all Player complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and should include your Account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, and u999 will cooperate fully in any resulting legal or regulatory process.
